These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of NutryFit and related services operated by Alpha Wave Labs ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate registration information and maintain account security.
• If using the Service for an organization, you represent authority to bind that entity.

2. Service description

NutryFit provides AI-assisted meal planning, nutrition coaching, shopping support, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Health and medical disclaimer

NutryFit is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Information is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health decisions.

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
• You must not impersonate others or provide misleading identity information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, or disrupt systems.
• Upload malicious code or content that is abusive, illegal, or infringing.
• Automate abusive behavior, spam, or exploit vulnerabilities.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

• Paid features may be offered via recurring subscriptions.
• Billing, renewals, and cancellations on mobile may be managed by Apple or Google.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable app store provider terms.
• We may change pricing with notice as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

NutryFit, including software, visual assets, copy, trademarks, and site design, is owned by Alpha Wave Labs or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are transferred to you.

8. User content and feedback

You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. Feedback may be used without restriction.

9. AI output limitations

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use outputs. You must not rely on AI output for emergency or high-risk decisions.

10. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (authentication, analytics, payments, infrastructure). Your use of third-party features may be subject to third-party terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or compromise platform security. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Wave Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Wave Labs from claims, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Alpha Wave Labs is established, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

16. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
